Can I cancel my order?
Orders for dresses and formalwear cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to the U.S. takes 3–8 business days. Delivery to the Caribbean and Europe takes 4–7 business days.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
