At Luxe Ensemble, we work with specialized suppliers located in the United States and Europe to offer you premium-quality products. Below you will find all the information regarding shipping times and costs.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Zones and Rates
Dominican Republic and the Caribbean Available for select products. Flat rate of RD$4,347 with delivery in 7–8 business days.
United States Available for all products. Rates starting at $6.99 USD with delivery in 3–8 business days, depending on the supplier.
Canada and Mexico Available for select products. Rates starting at $9.00 USD with delivery in 5–7 business days.
Europe Available for select products. Rates starting at $7.90 USD with delivery in 4–7 business days.
United Kingdom Available for select products. Shipping fee of $15.00 USD with delivery in 5–7 business days.
Important note: Not all products are available for all destinations. If a shipping option for your location does not appear at checkout, it means that product cannot currently be shipped to your country.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. Transit times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Delays Luxe Ensemble is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
