RETURN & REFUND POLICY — LUXE ENSEMBLE
Overview At Luxe Ensemble, we work with carefully selected suppliers to bring you premium quality products. Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, our return policy reflects the conditions set by each supplier.
Standard Return Policy Most products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are undamaged, unworn, and unused
- Original tags are still attached
- Items are in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is included
To initiate a return, contact us at support@luxeensemble.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Important Exception — Dresses & Formalwear The following categories are FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges accepted:
- Wedding gowns
- Evening dresses
- Prom dresses
- Quinceañera dresses
- Mother of the bride dresses
- Bridesmaid dresses
- Night out dresses
- Plus size formalwear
Please review size charts carefully before purchasing, as sizing may vary by designer.
Cancellations Orders for formalwear and dresses cannot be canceled once placed.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@luxeensemble.store within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at support@luxeensemble.store.

- Gift cards
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or use
EU Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, except for formalwear and dress categories listed above as final sale.
